Paper Mario in Smash idea! (I know DLC is done)

Neutral special: Choose between jump and hammer. The moveset will change depending on what you chose. You can change movesets at any time. Side special (hammer): Throws his hammer at his opponent. Can only throw one hammer at a time. Side special (jump): This charges his attack power by 2. Can only be used once per match.
