@Faithy change.org isn't a real petition service. It's only to show support for a cause. After the needed sigs, the creator can bring it to court as evidence of support, but also sometimes companies do listen, but that's very rare. And Nintendo will not do it. You guys were unsuccessful, live in regret that you wasted whatever time you had left.
