If Nintendo was after profit then they would unblock my Old 3DS so the device can download All the Snes VC games on 3DS eshop and make Fire Emblem Warriors also available for the Old 3DS.

Miiverse is going, WiiU chat is going and you will no longer be able to browse the Wii shop channel on your WiiU. Nintendo can cut off the servers entirely for WiiU without telling us. Fifa13 was first WiiU game for the servers to close without a warning. Sony pulled the servers off Modnation Racers Road Trip without a warning and Sony closed Near on the VITA also without a warning.

If Nintendo does something similar I would expect a charge to use the service. If millions of people text freely to friends, love ones and haters on miiverse then that is good for Nintendo's customers but not so good for the big phone giants.
