just because i love the xy&z anime series im giving jigglypuff the name of the main female character of that series cuz she also has serena's hat and glasses. i can't tell if im happy about this as i don't like jigglypuff at all it's only likeable point for me is it evolves into wigglytuff which is an epic pokemon when trained well
