I have Cream & Cheese Trophy, But i don't have Rosalina & Luma Trophy.

To unlock Rosalina & Luma trophy, you must complete Classic Mode as playing as them.

That is correct. You can get an AKT Trophy of her by buying it and a Ultra Smash one by winning the mode where you fight all characters (forgot the name)
