This matchup is interesting, because the moves forms triangles of balance. For example, Attack > Grab > Counter > Attack. Neutral Special > Shield > Air attack > Neutral Special. It seems like the Weapon Triangle from Fire Emblem series: Swords > Axes > Lances > Swords.
