Super Mario Galaxy 3, Sunshine 2 luigi's mansion 3 Smash 5 pokemon sun and moon port maybe??? And finally Wii u Backwards compatibility

Well for me I would go with deeper ideas like say a Metroid RPG a Star Fox entry that ventures into new founters a Super Mario RPG with a Multiveres of Marios.
