動画が見れない

動画の再生ボタンを押しても動画の準備中がずっと出てるだけで動画が再生されない　しかし、3日前までは普通に見れたし1日前は結構待ってたら再生されてた。しかし今は見れない、でもインターネットはちゃんとつながっていますどういうことなのでしょうか?分かる人は教えてください
