That is Alakazam. The stage has lots of ice barriers. If you see it, look carefully, because I think the best first move is near the bottom.

It's the Pokémon whose Mega stone competition is currently running: Alakazam. It has a 2% chance of appearing.

The best first match when you find the stage is to switch the middle two icons on the very bottom row in my opinion. The resulting two matches of three will cause a cascade that will clear the right side and should clear the left side (but often doesn't).
