これは僕がやっているのですが、効率がいいとは限りません…とにかくマップを回っているとバトルになり、勝つと星の欠片(小)が手に入ります

このような　「敵のエンカウント率が下がる」　というリーダースキルを持っているアーマーを着けておくと、敵に会いにくくなります　というか実際会ったことがありませんw　それでマップを回って集めるしか無いですね
