Great, now I can break blocks by hitting them with my head, just like Mario. Except all he needs is the widely available Super Mushroom whereas Wario needs some ancient relic locked away in some ice castle.

    From the looks of it, Wario does actually seem to be hitting him with his head, unlike Mario, who uses his fist. Maybe that's why Wario needs an ancient relic. To protect his noggin. (And/or actually break the block)
