    It's just a joke. And if you want more, see my explanation. Here it is. What I meant was, if you don't tip at a restaurant for the first time, the workers won't spit in your food because they don't if you will tip or not. Then if you go to that restaurant for a while. The workers will realize you don't tip. There is a price to pay, which is to have a worker spit in your food.
