    Parce qu'il faut qu'elle se repose. Plus sérieusement, c'est un choix des développeurs du jeu. Marie ne peux pas être à la mairie et sur la place en même temps, c'est ton assistante et tu ne peux rien faire sans elle. T'inquiète, la mairie rouvre demain :)
