I noticed that there aren't any fully-evolved Fire-type starters that aren't either fast (Charizard, Typhlosion, Infernape, Delphox) or powerful mixed attackers (Blaziken, Emboar, Infernape, Charizard if you count its Mega Evolutions). Since Litten is based on a cat, it's unlikely to finally be a defensive Fire-type starter.

    though Infernape and Charizard do have some defensive utility since they both have Will-o-Wisp + recovery
