Hmm... Now that I think about it, isn't Wario Land technically a separate continuity from WarioWare? Or is it all just apart of the confusing "Mario Timeline"?

They're in the same continuity. The music box Wario is currently trapped in shows up in WarioWare Twisted as background decoration.

Alternatively, his adventures just weren't profitable anymore. Last time, Captain Syrup took off with his bag of infinite gold coins. Jokes on her though, that bag is probably going to devalue the worth of gold.
