These kids live in a town where their parents are strict about everything and they never get to have any fun. One day, the city is infested by rats and a guy named Sly comes in and plays his guitar and the rats go away due to the song he played. Sly leaves and the rats come back so he comes back, except this time he wants the mayor to give him his old motorcycle for the work has done.

(cont) Sly gets rid of the rats again. But instead of giving him the motorcycle, the mayor doesn't want to give up the motorcycle and instead trys to give Sly something else (ex: golf clubs) so Sly leaves and the kids follow him and now they live in a place where they can do whatever they want to. The parents start a search and start to get wrinkles and gray hair from all the stress.

(cont) Soon, the kids realize that having everything is no fun and they want to leave. As they try to leave, Sly traps them and tells them they're on their own. The kids start to escape and one of the kids fall down a slope and goes poof :(. Sly shows up and the kids sister gets angry. Sly brings the kid back from going poof and they're allowed to leave and go home. The kids then plays some tunes.
