#266【住み慣れた都会(内容変更)】 [娯楽施設はどうにもならない] 　娯楽施設が建設され過ぎて、一時期人口が1万人減ったので、住宅指定地区を使いたくなかったけれど、使い人口を回復しましたが、佐野区と中手湾岸区は、指定なしの地区なので、娯楽施設がどんどん建つんです。もうどうしようか…　中手湾岸区は娯楽施設を建設してもいいんですが、佐野区は地区全体が広いので、対処しきれないので、佐野区を北区と南区に分けて、北区にある新幹線駅の方は、指定なしで南区は住宅指定地区にします。【次回予告[#267]】　#267は「今期大赤字の原因」の投稿です。
