I used MRay; you need a proper team line up. In this case, something to temporarily halt the disruption, such as Glalie.

I used Mega Rayquaza just fine here. The rest of my team was Zygarde 50%, Diancie, and Mamoswine. In this situation, M-Ray would target the last two. I also used Attack Power Up, Disruption Delay, and Mega Start (although I probably didn't need that last item since my M-Ray was fully candied).

Yeah, my team has all dragon-type. I used Mega Rayquaza, Zygarde 100%, Latios and Kyurem, all at max lv. M-Rayquaza didn't do much but luckily I won :D

You're not supposed to use M-Ray in a FULL Dragon team. There has to be at least one NON-Dragon.
