～みんてつのやぼう～ #68 【四宿支社】今回のダイヤ修正にはもうひとつ理由があり、実は四宿中央から南にいったところに新駅が新設されたからです。埼京本線での新駅の新設はおよそ20年ぶりです。かなり駅間が長かったからですが、眠鉄は基本線形が良く、駅間距離が長いのが特徴で、これで運賃の安さを補っています。運賃が安いのも眠鉄の売りです。新駅は「あざみ野駅」で、快速は通過します。駅前では開発が進んでいて、「また」駅前に学校が出来ました。学校誘致に成功したのはこれで7回目で、通勤客で賑わっています。
