ここは、10年前15mの津波が襲った場所。南風原区の仮設住宅。復興はかなり進み都市化していってる。だが住宅の復興はなかなか進まない。那覇区や南風原区の北側の方に住む人が増えてきた。沿岸部は危険と感じる住民が多数いるため沿岸部の住民が減少し続けるのだ。
