#270【住み慣れた都会】 [工事が終了] 　もう撤去して、路線も整備しました。あんまり変わらないですが、渋滞緩和になりそうですね。本線は、バスの渋滞ですので、自家用車は片側1車線道路を利用していただきたいです。その代わり大型車両通行禁止ですかね。駅は、駅ビルCから駅ビルBに変更し(経費節約だ～)にしました。発展している、杉並中央駅は駅ビルCですが。そして、中央本線と地下鉄佐野中央線の連絡車両をなくし、地下と地上を行き来する線路を撤去しました。経費は、想像におまかせします。【次回予告[#271]】　#271は「杉並中央駅の拡張」の投稿です。
