    really.cool.didn't know that. Nintendo should've released the GBC version. Balloon Kid is one of those games that are absolutely underrated.i think....

    Agreed, it takes the "Balloon Fight" formula, and modernizes it into a simple yet fu & challenging sidescrolling action game formula. Truely underrated, the game needs more love. Funny thing is, I hear Japan didn't get the original GB B&W version, so until the GBC version, it was one of the few Nintendo games not originally released in Japan. (Like Star Tripics, Gumshoe & Kid Icarus GB.)

    Yeah, it was only in Japan, which is probably why they didn't get the original B&W GB version of "Balloon Kid." I hear they colorized it and released it on GBC there, because alot of Japanese fans were requesting a "Balloon Fight" sequel.

    this is very interesting.man i wish i was around the radical gamin era. the only era i got to be in was the GBA,GCN,DS,Wii,DSI,3DS and WiiU era. although im 18.in 2 years i'll be in my 20s.
