[後手必敗/新ｼﾅﾘｵ製作記]#1 [景観重視の町作り]の合間を縫うようにして新攻略系シナリオを作ってみようと思います。この新シナリオ【後手必敗】は先手必勝のもじりで、輸送力増強を後回しにして都市開発を行ったせいでダイヤ上のネックが大量に出てしまった鉄道のお話です。
