Igglybuff for smash!

It could have the same moves as Jigglypuff, except they only do 1% damage and have no knockback or hitstun! Not only that, but they would all deal 10% damage to Igglybuff in recoil! Also, it's KOed by every move, no matter how weak or how much damage its taken. Instant top tier!
