Xenoblade Chronicles Diary: Episode 4.

I expected to finish this game by the time FE: Fates reached Europe, but now it's a matter of completing it before Pokémon Sun/Moon. My morale has gone down after having seen Lorithia on several worst bosses countdowns and I hear a boss on Prison Island is harder than the actual final boss.

    And I have really enjoyed the game so far, but the amount of grinding I have to do is discouraging. I'm at level 71 and I keep getting recommendations to grind to 75 or more, just for Lorithia. Not to mention I also have to learn a completely different character by then.

    Another problem that's more on my part is playing too many games at once. At one point, I was playing this game along with Twilight Princess HD, Skyrim, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, Monster Hunter Generations, BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend and Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN.

    In comparison, when I played Xenoblade Chronicles X, that was pretty much the only game I played at the time. It was easier to focus on that single game. I'm not giving up on Xenoblade Chronicles, as I have already come this far and I'm still looking forward to playing Persona 3 afterwards.

    i beat lorithia at about lv 60 or so. the biggest problem is that allies are really stupid. they don't know when to get out of the acid.

    Just saying that if you set up the right skills and the right gems with characters with high affinity, you should be able to manage to defeat most bosses with an endless chain attack just at lvl 40 - 50. Trust me, I've done it and you can even go on youtube to find those videos. Tho ik the feeling, grinding is so painful ;-;

    This is my first playthrough of the game and as such, I don't know the best strategies, buildups and grinding spots as well as a Xeno series veteran. The next time will be much different, as I would then have the skill and knowledge to take on these bosses earlier.

    I beat the boss on Prison Island with three of my party members lvl 78 but when they were lvl 79-80 I lost. I recommend being lvl 80 because that's what lvl I was when I first played the game and I beat him.

    Any nice grinding spots from 71-80? I'm tired of farming the fish in Colony 9 and while I received recommendations for Gaur Plain, Satorl Marsh and Eryth Sea, most of the foes I found were close to level 80 and beyond.
