    He's half the reason Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is my favorite childhood film. His song of "Pure Imagination", dry humor, and caring tone make him one of the most charming movie characters. Young Frankenstein was pretty funny as well with it being wonderfully over-the-top, but clever. It's a shame to see him go, but 83 is an okay lifespan, all things considered. Thanks Wilder, RIP...

    He will be missed. :'( I also love Pure Imagination. Best song ever. I used to be mad at him because he didn't like Depp's performance in the 2005 Charlie and the choclate (I was that one diehard fan Lol...) But I'm not anymore I've learned to respect Ppls opinions. But again Bye Gene Willer. You're in a better place now. :')
