HELP!!!!!!!!

plese help me i need to know two things PLEASE HELP! 1. My phone wont charge it will only run down the battery wen i charge it T–T please tell me whats wrong with it. 2. how do i comment on something on here? Wen you help me THANK YOU SSSSSSOOOOOOOO MUCH. I MISS MY FRIENDS ON MY PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) i think either the charger or the place you plug the charger into might be damaged D: 2) there's a little button at the bottom of any post that says "comment"! hope this helped c:
