Today was pretty quiet up until I had a mental breakdown. Im recovering though so I should be fine in a few days or so

Dont worry its nothing big. I was kinda just pitying myself and attackING myself for making such stupid mistakes through my life, regretting stuff, you know. And then I kinda snapped and stuff. Next thing I know I'm hunched over in a chair crying. I don't remember it very well actually.
