    I got this game after hearing many people morn it as the death of Sonic, and my honest opinion is... It's not that bad. "OH MY GOSH! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!? THIS GAME IS AWFUL! THE GAMEPLAY IS-" Cheap. I know, and I can understand that if you bought this looking for something the quality of Colors, or Lost World, or even Adventure, you'd be severely disappointed. (~cont.)

    The gameplay is simplistic, glitchy, and not very polished, similar to the quality of a cheap movie-based game. But that's just it. This IS based off the TV show, not the regular Sonic universe. It's not going to replace the Sonic we know and love. Besides, once you begin judging it by Tv/Movie game standards, it's kinda entertaining. I'm having fun, and my siblings keep fighting over who gets P2!

    "BUT THE PUZZLES ARE DUMB!" And Adventure's weren't? "THE FIGHTING'S SO REPETITIVE! THERE'S NO VARIETY!" Um...You do realize you get a main attack and a special FOR EACH CHARACTER, right? Add the Enerbeam mechanics, and the random power-ups(Such as, I don't know, A FLIPPING TORNADO GUN), and I'd say the variety's fine. Is it as good as Unleashed's beat-em ups? Nope. But did you expect it to be?

    "BUT IT'S GLITCHY!" Yes, it is. But glitches can be fun! I'd understand the outrage if the game had a life counter, but it's actually very forgiving. Like Lego games, if you die, you just respawn at the last checkpoint(unless you're in 2 player, then you respawn immediately). "BUT THE STORY'S DUMB, AND THE HUMOR'S CRINGY!" You've never watched the show, have you?

    They act entirely like they do in the show, humor, reactions, and all. However, I can see how if someone didn't like the show, it makes the story pretty unbearable. "BUT THE CHARACTERS WON'T SHUT UP!" ... Boi. Have you even seen Sonic Heroes? "BUT UR JUST A STUPID FANGIRL WHO WASTED 1/2 AN HOUR AND 7 POSTS TO DEFEND THIS PIECE OF TRASH!" Maybe so, maybe so...

    But you just wasted time bashing it when you could have gone out and played a game you like. ...Unless you payed $60 for this trash, then you got ripped off and I don't blame you. So, basically, if you're a Sonic fan, who enjoys the Boom TV show, and doesn't mind movie-quality video games, this game is just fine. If not, it's not for you.

    @Maggie & @Brady I honestly think it's because SEGA and the fans over-hyped it. Everyone was expecting something amazing, but it didn't live up to their standards. @Lenia The way I see it, there are two kinds of people in the world. Those who like the Sonic Boom TV show, and those who don't know how to have fun. ;)

    Btw, how is this game for a non regular Sonic player like me? I had been watching the show and I found it silly and hilarious, I liked it. The game is somewhat similar???
