To get the plane, use the Fox amiibo. If you do not have the amiibo, you can get the plane by passing all the levels in the main quest, and all the levels in the bonus "Challenge Mode".

Well, it's a 3 step process. Step #1. Buy the laser. Step #2. Equip the laser. Step #3. Shoot stuff with freakin' lasers! Please note: You cannot lock onto targets with the laser, and must instead very carefully aim at your target.

it's fairly easy. destroy the sub with it, then use the falkens' speed to your advantage, and fire the TLS untill you hit the missile.
