    年間鉄道利益80億円:駅の改築や線路を敷くのは鉄道利益が減るので、ある程度利益が見込める状態になったら放置。 住宅比率90%以上:住宅を建てまくればOK。ただし、90%を越えたら住宅を建設せずに比率をある程度下げる。 人口4万人:住宅比率が高いと人口が増えないので、比率を下げてから、他の施設とバランスよく住宅を建設する。
