    Nope. I got them from the Streetpass Weekend Event at Streetpass Zones. Nintendo releases them a few times a year. There will be another Streetpass Event on October. Remember the Japanese Streetpass I got from Pokémon Shuffle. That's how I got these regions WITHOUT traveling overseas.
