    Man! I'm gonna enter the Konami Code for this game! ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA Start I remember how this game is known for its excruciating difficulty! >~< Haha, don't worry my peeps, using the Konami Code is not cheating... it's just... extra insurance. ;)

    You see peeps, that's why it's essential to use the Konami Code! Instead of starting this game out with 3... yep 3 lives, I started with 30 lives, thanks to the Konami Code! ;-D ... still gonna be a long and excruciating journey to the end... *sighs* ~.~

    Oh, I loved this game as a kid, due to it's extreme difficulty! .... Then again, I beat it without knowing if the Konami code worked in the game. That's a lot of years wasted because of the code. But, I still beat Contra: Hard Corps with no gun upgrades, so there's two things to marvel over in my life.
