湖を回って#9 ここは、水原地区にある団地。下に線路がみえますが、北水原駅と西水原駅の間です。高層マンションが並ぶ、この団地ですが、もはや団地では無いという意見があるそう。ここには、水鉄バスの路線が走っています。水原方面行は、ここで満員バスになり、走って行きます。公園があるので、みんなの憩いの場としても、使われており、降りる人も多い。バスで行く方が速いが、水鉄で西水原駅まで行き、水鉄バスに乗り換えルートがあり、満員率が低く利用者も多いとか。
