    Visit Nintendo zone locations such as Starbucks and McDonalds and Best Buy. Wait a couple minutes and your 3DS will hook up to the Internet automatically and you'll get up to six Miis in your plaza for games and such.

    Well when I first got my 3DS, Nintendo Zone streetpasses weren't even a thing yet. I just brought my 3DS everywhere and would eventually get some. But yeah I often go to McDonalds just to get Streetpasses lol. Taking it to school is another good idea, and then have your friends bring theirs if they have one.
