強いときと弱いときの差

タイトルじゃ意味わかんないと思うんですが… 私ナワバリバトルやガチエリア等で調子が悪いときと良いときの差が激しいです。良いときは12キルくらいで悪いときは0です。どうすればなおるでしょうか…
