[ふる電] 古橋本社開発記#27 鷺岡村の南側にぽっかり空いた用地。ここは、いつ開業するかすら分からない、鷺岡国際空港の用地だ。この場所を選んだ理由として、・周囲に人家が少なく(用地買収時に1軒も住宅を潰していない位)、騒音問題が起こらなさそうだから。・鷺岡駅から程近く、路線の延伸が容易な上、(東)岩部とも近く、両方からの需要が期待出来るからです。また、子会社利益200億円についても動き出しました。麻布's チェックで、「かなり良い立地ですね」という立地の場所に、それなりの利益が期待出来る建物ばかり8つ建てました。これで今年度は様子を見ましょう。
