逃走中のエリアを作っているんですがどんな感じのエリアにすれば良いですが。まだ通信は出来ません。

人によるけど、スーパーフラットで作るのはオススメしない。　山岳バイオームとかを整地して、そこをエリアにしたらいいよ。エリアの形が最初から出来ているから、作りやすいですよ。自然生成のワールドは。
