My favorite would be Oot the N64 version because when i got it i didn't want to stop playing it until i beat it. The characters were great and the story was amazing. being able to play as adult or child Link when you get access to the master sword and Dark Link in the water temple. Ganon transforming into that giant beast at the end was different than other games since he disarms Link at first.
