    To the east of Fushia (SP?) City in the building connecting the route, on the second floor. It's called EXP ALL in these games and you need to have 50 pokemon caught first

    Note that the Exp All actually splits the experience gained as opposed to the bonus experience given by the Gen 6 Exp Share. For example, beating something worth 60 EXP in Gen 6 will give everyone 60, but in Gen 1 a full party of six would only get 10 each. Plus, the game notifies you of each Pokemon getting the experience, which takes a while to get through.
