    My favorite of those is A Link to the Past, but they're all good games. It really depends on what you're looking for, if you haven't played any of those then I recommend either A Link to the Past or Ocarina of Time, as they both do a good job of establish the core mythology of the franchise.

    If your a fan of Toon Link PH is good and has a great story, my favorite DS one. MC is short for a Zelda game. at least it was for me since i beat it the day i got it. LttP is a great one with good story and dungeons, alot like a slight downgrade of LBW on 3ds. OoT is the one you should get in my opinion. Great story with great dungeons and bosses along with a great version of Ganon at the end.
