    I'm honestly feeling pretty sick myself, it's super duper hot here too.. ;u; Make sure to drink lots of cold fluids, like water, and put a wet towel on your forehead. Keep yourself hydrated so you replenish what you sweat out. ^u^ If you need to, fan yourself with a piece of paper or something. That's what I recommend.. c: I'm sorry, I'm not very good at advice. ^ ^'

    the same happened to me two days ago it was so hot i didn't drink enough i couldn't eat the fact i was wearing a hoodie is also dumb i couldn't sleep at night either and i felt really ill but fortunately it has cooled down and i have maneged to recover now
