～英輔社長の挑戦～琵琶湖界隈開発記#08 【開発事項】絶賛住宅バースト中！ 1977年、人口7000人増加を目指し、住宅大量建設(住宅バースト)をしている時、潮田派閥の怒りが爆発した。忙しすぎて怒った潮田派閥の連中が会社の機密情報を社外に流出させたのだ。同時に潮田派閥の半分の社員が琵琶急行を去り、赤羽派閥からも退職者が現れ出す。琵琶急行内に不穏な空気が流れ出す。
