    主さんお久さっす。^^ えっと、本体設定からソフトを消去してもバックアップは消えませんね。 ニンテンドーeショップで再ダウンロードをしたらバックアップしたやつは自動的に消えます。 ソフトを開いたら消したデータが有るﾊｽﾞです。

    追記:はい、いつでも戻せます。 それと別に本体設定からやらなくてもソフトの説明書の横にバックアップが有るので簡単に作成できます。
