umm,guys...there's a man outside my apartment that's like walking around and he been here since 8:00 AM and when i got back from church,this guy is still walking around the apartment and its like 95º and i'm seriously feeling uncomfortable that he's still here......

Tell your parents. Stay indoors. Lock your doors. Make sure your garage door is cloosed. Lock all windows. Close all windows and close the curtains (I think that's what there called) on windows.
