助けて下さい！！

スプラトゥーンを起動したらハイカラニュースがでてきませんでした｡ 今はフェス中なのに、いつもと同じで昼になっています｡ 店に行くと、インターネットに接続していないと言われます。どうしたらいいのでしょうか。

    えっと設定にいってインターネット接続テストするといいよ無理ならサポートセンターに頼むか電話するしかないよお母さんとやりなお父さんでもいいよ子供がさわると初期化されるから

    接続テストをすると、インターネットにはつながるのですが、アクセスポイントにはつながっていませんでした。 やっぱり問い合わせた方がいいですかね。
