They're recreating the Classic Sonic games from the ground up. It's sadly not on Wii U, but I kind of expected that to happen to be honest. Since it's coming out in Spring 2017, I'm expecting it to at least be on the NX.

their going to announce a 3d game later i think sonic mania was just a plus to the 25th anniversary so something to keep an i out for
