Earlier, there were a lot of blackouts. I mean really, LOTS! The power flickered on and of a few times and then stayed that way for an hour before repeating it again! Then, an hour after that, the power stayed on for a few MINUTES before turning off. After that, the power went out one last time before coming back on.
