On second thought, Mega Hydreigon with Mega Launcher? In addition to stat boosts given by Mega Evolution, Mega Launcher makes Dragon Pulse be almost as powerful as Draco Meteor but more accurate and without the stat drop. Dark Pulse is also boosted to similar levels.

    Stat distribution: 92/125/120/165/90/108 The minor increase to Speed and lack of increase to Special Defense is there to ensure that Mega Hydreigon loses 1v1 to the Latis and Mega Diancie. Other special attackers like Gengar and Alakazam can also hit it hard if they carry Dazzling Gleam or Focus Blast.

    also, add Aura Sphere to the movepool so Mega Hydreigon can handle things like Tyranitar better and so it has another Mega Launcher-boosted move this might still be broken but idk

    Regular Hydreigon already stands a chance to P-Don tbh, immune to Precipice, resists Lava Plume and Fire Punch. Only 2KOed by Stone Edge but it still takes it better than the likes of Ho-Oh
