Looking at the Minecraft community on YouTube really disappoints me. Nowadays it's just about minigames and mods and taking whats ever popular and just doing a terrible roleplay video on it. When Minecraft first started it wasn't like that, people actually wanted to do survival and play maps like Chriswellvania, Survival Island, Temple of The Gods, and stuff like that.     Now it's all about cramming in popular franchises into the game like Minions or Angry Birds and Playing mini games on servers, not because it's fun and they like it, but because it's popular and kids will eat it up giving the person making the video millions of views with very little effort

    You're 100% correct! That's the main reason I quit minecraft! Mostly because all the updates and new blocks and npcs were to overwhelming!

    I remember when people like Paulsoarsjr, and Luclin were popular. But because all people care about are the people who just play minigames and lucky blocks challenges they just fell off in the community with only few remembering them

    @Fluffy - I saw that earlier, it looked pretty cool! YELLOW STAINED CLAY! But, I remember when everyone did normal vanilla survival. Though, man, it's been a while since that IMO.

    Mods in Minigames are fine but I feel like most people have forgotten what made Minecraft so popular in the first place, surviving the night and adventuring through a huge land and building great structures
